Talk with her and say you miss sex and anal play with her and ask if she’d be willing to start trying it again. Ease into it gradually, not just straight to anal sex, and try to keep it a more regular practice. Abrupt and unexpected anal can cause more of a digestive impact. If she eases into the routine, it can cause less impact. But everyone’s different in that regard and different things affect different people differently as well, so it can be hard to give specific advice for that.

xsovietx: As a note, how long would the discomfort last? When I’ve had anal, it would usually be a day. I suggest relaxing it first before playing. I found that the more foreplay done, the less pain and discomfort I get at the end, including stomach aches. Poo irregularity always happens if you cum in her ass, but maybe try not cumming in it the first couple of times so she can ease into it and be more comfortable with the idea. Hope that helps!
