If you aren’t already anal only, take this month to experiment with it. Don’t feel as if you need to go for the entire month if you don’t want to, but try an amount of time that you feel comfortable with at first: a weekend, or a week, or two… or, if you’re feeling daring, go for the entire month and see what happens. You might be surprised by the end of the month and want to go even longer.
