As for being more adventurous, there are plenty of ways you could do that. Not knowing what you already do, there might be some overlap with existing activities for you, but I’ll list some ideas anyway. Not all may interest you, and while they’re listed in increasing order, they aren’t all necessarily dependent on previous ones.

• Experiment with clitoral denial and only orgasming from anal, which can have a similar amplification effect on arousal as edging and clitoral/vaginal orgasm denial does for a lot of women. If you like edging, you can actually do anal edging as well, which can be a lot of fun.
• Start incorporating regular ass to mouth into your routine. This pairs well with group sex with multiple men as they can take turns between your ass and your mouth.
• Start wearing a butt plug regularly and gradually training your ass for larger toys—plugs, beads, dildos, etc.

Using fingers or other toys, figure out about what size of anal penetration she’s currently comfortable with, and find a plug that’s a little wider than that at the widest point, so that it gives her a little push but when it’s inside is still comfortable.

The Tantus Ryder, Implicit Creations Core Plug (3 sizes) and others in that size range are what I often recommend as a starter plug. You don’t want to start too small, or it’ll just get replaced quickly, so work up to ~1.5″ diameter first and then try for a good small/medium plug.

If you’re just starting out and want to stretch/train it for anal sex, start with a finger and work up in size from there. If you’re already experienced with anal sex and want to go bigger, the same basic principles apply.

Essentially, increase in small size increments, generally no more than 1/4″ diameter at a time, warm up through smaller sizes before jumping to the larger sizes, and stop for at least a few days if you become particularly sore or if there’s any bleeding.

You may have advanced in your anal training so you can relax your anal muscles more easily now and it’s too small for that now, or it might not be the ideal shape for your body. If the difference in size between the widest part inside you and the neck is too little, or if the neck is too short, it can have difficulty staying in place. It might be time to start looking for a new plug!

Plugs come in many different shapes and sizes. Some have very thin necks and wide internal “bulbs”, some have thick necks and are more like dilators, some have very stubby “bulbs”, some are tapered, some are egg-shaped, etc. Some have short necks, some have long necks. Some have flat bases, some have T-shaped bases, some have loop bases. All these factors can contribute to a plug that is comfortable to one person but not another.
